Paul Michael Company is having its annual Ladies’ Night on October 20 from 5-9 p.m. at all of our locations, and it’s sure to be a good time! We began the party years ago as a way to say “thank you” to our customers, and have continued the tradition ever since. It’s an intimate, laid-back event just like a private party—one year we had more than 50 women singing “I Feel Like a Natural Woman”!

The event will feature our amazing fall and Christmas decor, and include music, appetizers, cocktails, how-tos, sales, discounts and visiting artists, and each Paul Michael Company location is putting its own personalized twist on the party:

Lafayette, LA
Our Lafayette location is having the event catered by Joey’s, and Sean Trcalek will be the musician. He’s well known around River Ranch and is fantastic!

Monroe, LA
Here’s what’s on the menu in Monroe: The chef from Trio’s, Jennifer Walker, will be making her mother’s recipe for Keftedes Greek meatballs, asparagus wrapped in phyllo with Fontina and Asiago cheese, pita with homemade hummus, homemade roasted red pepper and cucumber dill dips, and southwest egg rolls. Newk’s will be supplying Tippah County Caviar and tri-colored pasta salad, and two of our own very talented employees who love to bake on the side will be supplying the desserts. Crystal Crockett, Royal Icing Bakery, will be bringing miniature cupcakes in a variety of flavors for fall (caramel apple, pecan pie, pumpkin, mint chocolate, dark chocolate raspberry and classic vanilla butter cream). Donna McManus, The Sugared Violet, will be bringing walnut sandwich cookies, pistachio harlequin cookies, maple nut logs, chestnut madelines, nutmeg kisses and more. And, of course, we will have Cokes and wine to drink. Yum!

Lake Village, AR
In Lake Village, Benji and Reed Breedlove and band will be playing, and there will be a quick Zumba demonstration. Shellie Rushing Tomlinson will be doing a book signing of her newest book, Sue Ellen’s Girl Ain’t Fat, She Just Weighs Heavy.
