Farm-to-Table Entertaining

Farm-to-table cuisine has become increasingly popular, and we think it’s a wonderful trend. As Garden Design wrote in a 2011 article, “farm-to-table has become the ultimate food trend of the year.” Though it’s now 2012, the trend doesn’t seem to be disappearing.

Garden Design was referring to “restaurants with gardens,” but we can also think about farm-to-table a little closer to home. For people who grow edible eats in their own yards, entertaining guests while offering fresh food is a fabulous option.
